1976 C&C

38 Mark 1

$55,000 CAD

Long Pond, CBS , NL , CA

This C&C 38-2 is a beautifully styled, classic racer/cruiser with a fin keel, spade rudder, and keel-stepped mast with rod rigging and double spreaders designed by Rob Ball.

She features a traditional layout with a v-berth in the forward cabin with shelves, bureau, and lockers. Large overhead hatch and door for cabin privacy.

Moving aft is the ship's head to port with marine toilet, SS sink with handheld shower, sump pump, small opening hatch, and ample storage in cabinet. Opposite to starboard is a large hanging locker and storage cabinet, counter with AC outlet, and cabinet beneath for additional storage.

Continuing aft is the main salon with port and starboard settees, both with pilot berths outboard for additional storage and/or sleeping bunks. At the center of the salon is a custom, teak trimmed double dropleaf dining table mounted to the mast.

Aft to port you will find an ample forward facing nav station and opposite to starboard is the ship's galley with double SS sinks, propane stove with oven, and a large refrigerated ice box. Farthest aft to port is a large quarter berth. Upholstery in forward cabin, salon, and quarter berth is all recent and in excellent condition. Cabin sole is teak and holly and nicely finished.

Moving up the companionway stairs you enter a large, well laid out, secure cockpit with room for a racing crew to move around or for your cruising guests to comfortably relax.

At the center of the cockpit is a nicely finished, folding wood table attached to the steering pedestal. Plenty of space and amenities in the cockpit!
