Description

English Rose is a great boat who needs a little attention but has been well loved by the current owner.  The vessel has many upgrades, yet the integrity of the Catalina vintage remains.  Fin keel with spade rudder, swim ladder at stern, bow and stern rails, double lifelines, and teak grab rails.

Accommodations: forward cabin with V-berth to sleep two, rear quarter berth to sleep two, Starboard and Port settees serve as berths, large dining area with removable table that stores on bulkhead, pillow type cushions in all berths, fiberglass cabin roof with teak grab rails, Navstation on starboard side of cabin, hanging locker on starboard opposite head and shower unit. Manual marine head with 15 gallon holding tank, freshwater from 18 gallon plastic tank beneath starboard berth serves the shower unit, head and galley sinks, and head supplied by 23 gallon fresh water tank under the port main cabin settee, 6 gallon hot water heater,  large insulated ice box on port side, and electric bilge pump.

One of the most popular 30' sailboats ever produced, this Catalina 30 Mark II is clean and very well maintained. With her large (7' long) cockpit & generous interior, she is one of the most comfortable boats in her size range. Her wide side decks, combined with a user-friendly sail plan with all lines led aft, make her a joy to sail with a good turn of speed.

Her new dodger and new electronics are just a few of its many great features. This terrific family cruiser is new to the market and is a must see!
