The XR 41 project is still in its early stages, but the vision is unmistakable: to create a race-winning yacht that sets a new standard. To achieve this, the X-Yachts in-house design team has joined forces with some of the world’s most accomplished racing experts and companies.
These partners will collaborate closely with the X-Yachts team to design and build a competitive race boat, crafted for top performance in major championships and regattas under ORC—and potentially IRC—rules.
X-Yachts has a rich history of producing race winners under both ORC and IRC, with models like the Xp 44, X-41, IMX 38, IMX 40, and IMX 45 consistently dominating race courses for years—and many still do. In the spirit of these legendary yachts, the XR 41 will also offer a touch of cruising comfort, making it ideal for sporty families who want both speed and versatility.
