Passionate about delivering flawless service, Iain thrives on optimizing workflows, mentoring his technicians, and forging lasting relationships with customers bringing over 25 years of hands-on technical service experience to our team. He began his career troubleshooting and repairing complex systems, steadily advancing through roles that honed his diagnostic skills and deepened his operational expertise.  Iain channels his love of the water into avid boating and sailing adventures. Weekends find him exploring coastal inlets or racing with fellow enthusiasts, a pastime that not only fuels his passion but also gives him practical insight into the very systems he services.

Most recently, Iain earned his ABYC certification, further solidifying his mastery of marine electrical and mechanical standards and ensuring our shop stays at the forefront of industry best practices.
